Most of Gilbert was built between the late 90s and today, and almost all of it was built with tile — large-format porcelain in the newer homes around Power Ranch and Seville, ceramic and travertine in the older parts of town near Val Vista Lakes and The Islands. Every job starts with a walk-through so we can identify the tile type (ceramic, porcelain, travertine, saltillo, slate or vinyl plank) and pick the right cleaning solution — natural stone and cement grout need a gentler, pH-balanced approach than glazed porcelain. We pre-treat the grout lines, agitate them by hand where needed, then use our truck-mounted hot-water extraction system with a sealed spinner tool. It sprays heated, high-pressure water onto the floor and vacuums it straight back into the truck, so dirt, mineral film and old cleaning residue leave the house instead of drying back into the grout. Floors are walkable within about an hour.
